Can I find or buy your products through online shopping sites?
Yes. You may browse through and purchase our products from our Lazada Flagship Store.
How do I know if the items I bought are genuine? How do I spot fake products?
We highly advise everyone to buy only from authorized product dealers to avoid fake or counterfeit products. Even if we post pictures or updates on our social media accounts to give alerts or notice to everyone, it can be difficult to explain or confirm to you without seeing the items in actual for comparison.

Do you accept applications for wholesale or dealership?
Yes, for requirements and other information, you can send us an email or give us a call. Please be aware that we do not grant rights to exclusive distribution requests.

No, but you can get your supplies from our dealers nationwide.

Do you have a warranty on your products?
Yes, defective items have a warranty as long as it was purchased from us or from our authorized product dealers. You may claim the warranty from where you bought the item together with your sales invoice or receipt.
Please note that all valid items have a 6-month warranty upon purchase. User negligence and intentional tampering of items are cases exempt from warranty services.
